起きている問題 – Found problems
- [v3.0.2まで] データ同期を使用した後、一時的にサーバ接続ができなくなる不具合。
v3.0.2にてデータ同期を行っていたユーザは、現在も問題が残っている可能性があります。 - [Androidのみ] 端末移行を行った後、端末の内部UserID・パスワードが変更されない不具合。
これにより、端末移行を使ってもIDのみ連携されず、結果として各種進捗だけは移行ができるものの、購入サーバとの接続が確立できず所持通貨が一時的に減るなどの問題が確認されています。

By using data sync, clients will lose connection with the game server.
If you used data sync in v3.0.0-2, this problem may still persist. - [Only Android] Clients can not change their local UserID by device transfer.
With this state, players can not download their save data correctly by device transfer.

- この不具合を修正するv3.0.4を、早ければ明日リリース予定です。
- もしデータ同期あるいは端末移行を利用された方でアカウントあるいはデータに問題が見受けられる方は、こちらまでお問い合わせください。状況に応じて、対応をご案内させていただきます。
- 問題1が残存しているユーザ向けに、問題が残存している事を検知し、解決のためのご案内を表示する機能をv3.0.5にて実装いたします。
- I plan to release v3.0.4 tommorow at the earliest to fix these problems.
- If you have any problems in account or data, please contact me. I will guide you how to solve your own problems.
- I will release the new function that you will find an alert if your client still have any problem from these bugs in v3.0.5.
今後の対策 – Future plan to avoid these problems
このたびは、v3.0.0リリースにおける不具合によりご迷惑をおかけして申し訳ありませんでした。
データ同期・端末移行機能はユーザの皆様の大切なデータを扱う上で安全性が確保されるべきものとして、個別の対応でそれぞれの復元が可能なレベルの問題で済んだとはいえ、今回の不具合発生を非常に重く受け止めております。
今後こうした連携・同期機能不具合による問題を回避するために、以下のような対策を行って参ります。

Although the data sync/device transfer functions are a very important because they are Involved in user’s data safety. I am taking extremely serious these problems.
In the future I will take the following countermeasures to avoid these problems.
- [Plan v3.0.5～] Each network functions will have “Restriction” mode. (
When the problem occured, I will stop that function immediately to isolate players from the bug risk.)
- [Plan v3.0.5～] Improvement of logs about data sync and device transfer functions.
