Please try the following steps.
- In title screen, open the Save Data Manager screen and select “↓” button on the left (platform) side.
- Follow the instructions to overwrite the data to your device, then start the game.
- Make sure that your saved data has been restored.
- The game will try to restore the data automatically the first time it is launched.
However, if you are not properly connected to Google Play Games, iCloud, Steam Cloud, etc. at this time, a new save data will be created without restoring. If you want to make sure that your data is restored safely, I recommend that you use the Save Data Manager and/or Backup code.
