2018/4/21(土/Sat) 23:00-12 JSTの間に発生したデータベーストラブルについて、調査の結果、管理作業とゲームからの通信が重なった事で、データベースに一時的に高負荷が発生したためであると判明しました。

今後の対応について
作業不備により、ご迷惑をおかけして申し訳ありません。
今後、こうした問題の再発防止として、以下の施策を実施して参ります。
- サーバのパフォーマンス拡充処理を行いました。これは、既に実施済みです。また、今後必要に応じて先行して予定拡充を行います。
- サーバ管理作業について、常にパフォーマンス影響を確認しながら実施し、また高負荷時には作業を避けるなどで対応させていただきます。
- 近日中に、以下のアップデートを実施し、万一の際にデータベースサーバトラブルが再発生した倍位でも、副次的なトラブルを避けられるよう対応します。
- サーバトラブル中に、以下の手順が実施できないよう制御を行います。
- ランキング登録を伴うキャラクターの削除
- ゲームの起動
- 課金購入
- ゲーム起動時、課金通貨情報が取得できなかった場合には、ゲームを起動できないようにします。
- データベースサーバトラブル中にも、緊急ニュースなどの情報を配信できるように設定を見直します。

- Launch game
- In-Game Purchase
- You can not launch the game if you can not receive purchase history even if you are online.
- You will be able to see emergency news even if database server has trouble.

2018/4/21(土/Sat) 23:00-12 JSTの間、再度アクセス過多によりデータ取得ができない不具合が発生しました。別要因によって発生したものと見られます。
現在、再度問題が発生した原因と、この停止期間中に発生した影響を調査中です。

こちらについて、問題が発生した時間帯より前の6時間以内にログインされていた方を対象に、補填として以下の内容を送付させていただきます。
- 200ゴールドシャード
この補填は、4/23(月) JST午前中に、v2.7.2以前のトラブル補填と同時に送付させていただきます。
2. 幾つかの購入データがサーバに正常に送信されなかった
こちらについて、確認できた範囲の注文履歴につきましては、全て払い戻し処理をさせていただきました。
もし、今回の問題の時間帯に購入をされて、正常に反映がされておらず、払い戻しの連絡も受けていない、という方は、大変お手数ですがお問い合わせフォームからご連絡ください。
このたびは、サーバトラブルのためにプレイヤーの皆様にご不便をおかけして、大変申し訳ありませんでした。

2018/4/21(土/Sat) 19:00-20 JST ,Database server had the problem.
- ログインできない – Can not login
- ログインできても、課金情報などの取得ができず所持通貨がマイナスになる – Can not receive purchase history data and become minus currency.
- ランキング登録ができない – Can not register ranking data
この問題は、v2.7.0からユーザのゲーム内行動(ラボパーツの開発や解体など)を詳細に記録しトラブル対応時や不正行為の動向を調査するために導入された新しいサーバログシステムによって発生した問題で、多数の通信がデータベースサーバに同時集中してしまう事によって発生しておりました。
現在、サーバログの取得頻度を軽減する事によって問題を解消し、データベースサーバは正常な稼働状態に戻っております。
なお、本問題に関わる影響範囲と、それに対する対応は後ほどお伝え致します。 ご不便をおかけし、申し訳ありません。
