Connecting to the same account on multiple devices
Please try the following steps.
- While playing the game, open the Save Data Manager screen and click “Publish backup code.
- Keep the issued backup code and transfer it to another device in some way. (Email, online memo, etc.)
- Launch the game on the other device and open the Save Data Manager screen from the title menu.
- Select “Use Backup code” and paste in the backup code you saved and download it.
- Follow the instructions to overwrite the data to your device, then start the game.
- Make sure that your saved data has been restored.
- Perform steps 3 through 6 for each of the devices you wish to use the game on.
- After going through these steps, all devices will be connected to the same account.
Synchronizing saved data between devices with the same account
Please try the following steps.
- On the device with the latest saved data, in the play data selection screen, open Save Data Manager screen and touch “↑” button on the right (game server) side. (This will upload the saved data to the game server.)
- Next, open the device you want to play on and go to the title menu and open Save Data Manager screen to touch “↓” button on the right (game server) side.
- Follow the instructions to overwrite the data to the terminal, and then start the game.
- Follow this procedure every time you move your data to another device.
Points to note in the iOS environment
Due to a request from AppStore, “account transfer from other platforms to iOS” has been restricted since v1.3.6.
As a result, the error message “CFG-BKR-009” will be displayed when using a backup code issued from a non-iOS device on an iOS device.
