Please try the following steps.

While playing the game, open the Save Data Manager screen and click “Publish backup code.
Keep the issued backup code and transfer it to another device in some way. (Email, online memo, etc.)
Launch the game on the other device and open the Save Data Manager screen from the title menu.
Select “Use Backup code” and paste in the backup code you saved and download it.
Follow the instructions to overwrite the data to your device, then start the game.
Make sure that your saved data has been restored.
Perform steps 3 through 6 for each of the devices you wish to use the game on.
After going through these steps, all devices will be connected to the same account.

Please try the following steps.

On the device with the latest saved data, in the play data selection screen, open Save Data Manager screen and touch “↑” button on the right (game server) side. (This will upload the saved data to the game server.)
Next, open the device you want to play on and go to the title menu and open Save Data Manager screen to touch “↓” button on the right (game server) side.
Follow the instructions to overwrite the data to the terminal, and then start the game.
Follow this procedure every time you move your data to another device.

Due to a request from AppStore, “account transfer from other platforms to iOS” has been restricted since v1.3.6.

As a result, the error message “CFG-BKR-009” will be displayed when using a backup code issued from a non-iOS device on an iOS device.
