Known problem
We have confirmed that there are currently cases where purchases cannot be completed successfully on the iOS version v2.1.0.
This issue is not present in the Steam/Android version.
Provisional support
To avoid this problem from spreading, we have temporarily suspended the purchase function in the iOS version v2.1.0 on an emergency basis.
If any iOS users are currently experiencing problems with their purchase, please contact us.
We will handle the purchase and restoration of account status on an individual basis.
Scheduled to support
We will address this issue in v2.1.1.
After the v2.1.1 update, the emergency suspension to the iOS version will be lifted and the purchase function will be available.
We have released v2.1.1 on 9/1/2023 at 9:00am.
In the iOS environment, the purchase function will be available after the update.
