本日19時10分頃、Nussygameのゲーム全体で使用しているアプリケーションサーバが意図せぬ再起動を行っていた事で、

一時的に応答不能な状態に陥っておりました

。

この問題によって、当該時間帯にゲームサーバに接続できず、オンラインモードでのゲームプレイの進行ができない状態に陥っておりました。

課金購入については、購入前の『通貨所持額確認』ステップにおいてデータ取得ができなかったために当該時間帯に購入は開始されておらず、データ反映のされなかった購入は存在していない認識ですが、もしお手元のデータに問題を確認されましたら、個別にお問い合わせください。

回復について – Recovery state

19:45、再起動によって一時的にロードバランサから切断されていたアプリケーションサーバを再接続する事により、復旧いたしました。

I restored it by reconnecting the application server temporarily disconnected from the load balancer.

今後の対応について – Future plan

現在、アプリケーションサーバが再起動されてしまった原因を調査中です。

また、ロードバランサに予備の小型インスタンスを増設する事で、突発的なアプリケーションサーバ停止に対応できるようサーバ構成の見直しを行って参ります。
