Restrictions on the purchase of Gold Shard products
Currently, we have confirmed that there have been cases of fraudulent acquisition and use of gold shards through so-called cheats and data manipulation.
In response to these fraudulent activities, the following measures will be implemented:
Platform integration will be required for purchases that require gold shards as an expense.
This restriction will only be applied for the first time. Once a user has made one or more purchases while linked to a platform, they will be able to make purchases as usual in the future, even if they are not linked or in offline mode.
Also, platform integration is required to post whispers from this version.
For the transmission of ranking scores, platform integration has been mandatory since the release.
This restriction is in response to fraudulent activities such as account deletion and repeated re-creation of game users.
If you are affected by this restriction, please consider logging into GooglePlay/GameCenter. (We are aware that Steam is not affected because the linkage is required to launch the game itself.)
I plan to temporarily lift the restriction or adjust the conditions of the restriction in light of the extent of the impact.
Cheats of any kind are prohibited in the Buriedbornes series. It is a clear violation of the End-User license agreements. Please refrain from using them as they are subject to account ban.
In addition, I would appreciate it if you could contact me via the reporting function if you see any abnormalities in the ranking or whispering functions. I will check each user individually, and if necessary, I will ban the account and delete the posted data.
